Safaari Transportation LLC Statement Regarding Recent Online Claims
Safaari Transportation LLC is aware of a recent online video that incorrectly associated our company with
fraudulent transportation operations. We want to provide our customers, partners, and community with the
facts.
The Facts:
Safaari Transportation LLC has been a licensed and insured student transportation provider since 2015.
We exclusively serve charter schools and private schools, providing safe, reliable transportation for
students. We have never provided transportation services to daycare centers, medical transportations or None emergency transportation and we have no connection whatsoever to the fraudulent activities described in the video.
Regarding Our Business Address:
Our company maintained an office at the address mentioned in the video from October 2015 through October 2018. We
relocated to another location since and now to our current location at 750 4th Street NW, New Brighton, Minnesota 55112.
An administrative oversight resulted in our registered agent address on state filings not being
updated to reflect this move. Upon learning of this discrepancy, we immediately corrected our state
registration records.

community. We maintain all required licenses, insurance, safety certifications, and undergo regular
vehicle inspections. The safety and wellbeing of the children we transport has always been and remains
